We are on hand to answer any queries you may have but here’s a quick check list of some of the more frequent questions.
How long will delivery take?
12 weeks. All our products are created to order so please factor in our timescales when working on your project. It’s important to make this one of your first items you order to avoid any delays to your project.
What are the dimensions of the window seat?
All products vary in size and dimensions, please see our product page for specifics.
Does the window seat sit outside the building?
That’s entirely a personal choice, they can be installed to sit either within the footprint of the building or protrude from the building acting as an overhang. It is a more straightforward install to have your window seat installed externally. An internal installation will require a degree of customisation. Again we can offer some guidance on this for your building team, but ultimately it is their responsibility.

How many people can sit in a window seat and is there a weight limit?
These are designed for one or two people and although they are made from very strong materials we would suggest not exceeding 140kg within the main body of
the frame.
Can I choose the fabric or materials for the inside?
You can choose from our range of materials. You are of course welcome to add or create your own finishes, however we have a range of hand selected materials that we know to give a very high end finish.
What material is the window seat frame made from?
The internal frame is of a wood veneer, black ash, walnut or oak are available as standard, the outside is clad in 3mm aluminium sheeting.
