& Delivery
We make each product to order so it’s important that to avoid delays you make this the first purchase when managing your project. We aim to have each product delivered within 12 weeks of ordering. Our glass arrives in the UK from our manufacturers in Germany and is then set into the frame along with the rest of the work on the product. The sooner you place the order the sooner we can start the supply chain moving. We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible so, if we can beat our estimated delivery time, we will do so.
It’s also very important to make sure your builder is aware of the dimensions of the product you have ordered and the allowances they need to make for it. All the information is clearly detailed within your purchase pack, however should you have any questions, please get in touch prior to install.
Please make sure you have adequate space and the logistics to receive the product on the day of delivery. Our delivery team will unload to the front of the property but it will be your building firms requirement to move in place once onsite.

If you would like us to speak to your building team beforehand, we are happy to do so, but please understand that we are selling a product and that the installation responsibility lies with your building team.
